irish stewYesterday I made a new stew. I wanted to try an Irish stew and wow it was good. Check out my recipe and make it for yourself. The beer gives the meat such a unique yummy flavor! The family loved it. Warning I don’t cook with a lot of salt and pepper so you may want to adjust for your family’s likes. And the recipe!

  1. 3/4 c corn meal
  2. 1 1/4 c all purpose flour
  3. 1/4 c sugar
  4. 2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 c milk

That cornbread looks incredible. A co-worker recently brought in homemade cornbread with pieces of bacon and no lie, it did not even make it into the break room. It was gone in minutes! Your recipe looks just as good and easy too!

The Irish Stew sounds really yummy. I just would like to find some GMO free cornmeal and use a gluten free flour for the cornbread.
