It’s almost Thanksgiving. Which means Christmas is next and then January when the cold really gets here. Brr. I’m not prepared. There are some things you can do to prepare for Fall and keeping  yourself in shape. Have you done anything so far to make sure your body is in shape this Fall season? Well why don’t we do that now! Here’s How to get your body ready for Fall in 3 easy steps! Special shoutout to Superior Source for having this conversation with us today!

How to get your body in shape for Fall in three easy steps!

  • First thing is to track your fitness. I have some great free fitness printables so you can see how you are doing with your workout schedule. It is so helpful to see at the end of the month how you’ve done. It will also help you track your water, track your food, track your weight loss if you are so inclined! It’s fun to track your fruits and vegetables too. It kind of does it all and it will help keep you healthier this Fall season. We all know we should try to keep our workouts up through the holidays for sure!
  • Second thing is to keep your money in check by only paying cash for the things you can afford. This will help you mentally so you’re not worried and upset when your credit card bill comes in during the next month. You will already know what you have to pay and will already be prepared for it. This takes so much stress off of you when you aren’t worrying about the bills that are to come.
  • Last thing you need to do is to take your vitamins. Your vitamins are so important to keeping  your immunity up, things like Zinc, D3, B12, Vitamin C, and if you’re a woman then your multi vitamin and iron. These are all great helps for your body. They also do a great job of building up your immunity so that if anything does try to take you down (like cold or flu) then your body already has a build up of these products helping you to fight it off. Here’s what Superior Source sent me for the Fall to help build up my immune system.

One way I protect myself from the flu is by wearing a mask when I go out in public.

Rev up my immunity by adding Elderberry Tincture to my daily supplements. First sign of illness, Goldenseal & Echinacea Tincture, does the trick for my family.
