I don’t know about you guys, but when it comes to desserts, sometimes I just want something easy to make, bordering on being *too* sweet, and maybe even a little messy. What dessert fits the bill for all of these? Smores. Smores are easily in my top 5 favorite desserts any time of the year. But I don’t always have access to an open flame to make them on (or the desire to put that much work into being able to find one) so I knew there had to be a simpler way to get the best parts of a smore, without the fire that goes with it. Enter my super simple and delicious smores pie recipe! It takes just a few minutes to put together, about 20 minutes in the oven, and you have an ooey gooey delicious pie that tastes just like a fresh smore off the campfire! Ready to learn how to make it? Let’s check it out!

You Will Need:
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff
- 4 Hershey chocolate bars
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 premade gram cracker pie crust
- a few gram crackers (crushed)
Instructions for making my super simple and delicious smores pie recipe:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and gather your ingredients.
Step 2: Using your marshmallow fluff spread it on the bottom of your gram cracker crust.
Step 3: Break up your chocolate bar and lay them on top of your marshmallow fluff. Try to spread them as evenly as you can. (Save 1 bar for the topping)
Step 4: Pour your mini marshmallows on top of your pie, making sure to cover the entire surface.
Step 5: Sprinkle your crushed gram cracker on top, and then place your reserved chocolate bar on top just around the pie wherever you want!
Step 6: Place your pie in the oven, uncovered, and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until chocolate is melted and marshmallows are a nice toasted color.
Step 7: Serve immediately while still hot and melted!
That’s it! Just a few minutes of prep time and 20 minutes in the oven and you will have your own super simple and delicious smores pie! It tastes just like a smore straight off the campfire! It’s sure to be a hit with the whole family. And if there are any left overs (there never is at my house though, ha!) you can easily pop it under the broiler for a few minutes to warm it up again! I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
