5 things to add to your routine to to get healthier

As the New Year begins we all turn our eyes on wanting to be healthier. There’s so many ways to do that. But what are some easy ways to do that. Let’s change up our routine to include some new healthier habits. Here’s my 5 habits to add to your daily routine to help you get healthier!

    I get super lazy with taking my multi-vitamin and supplements every day, or I forget altogether while rushing to and fro. Vowed to change that. I buy small zip-loc bags and make up a week’s worth of packets of my multi-vitamin and supplements. I throw them in my purse so I don’t forget to take them with me.

    I plan on managing my stress better by adding more relaxation and stretching to my daily routine. I also plan to drink more water, and not eat anything after 7:00 p.m. to help digestion.

    I have a daily goal of 10,000 steps. Walking everyday and keeping track of my steps has helped me get back to a comfortable weight. I was genuinely surprised that I was able to make this much progress by just walking.
