Lionsgate Home Entertainment’s new film THE SECRET: DARE TO DREAM will premiere on premium video on demand (PVOD) this Friday, July 31st.
Based on the groundbreaking best-selling book about the law of attraction by Rhonda Byrne and starring Katie Holmes, Josh Lucas and Jerry O’Connell, the film explores hope and gratitude in one’s darkest days, and reminds us that it’s never too late to believe again.
I just finished screening this movie. What can I say about it? It reminded me at one time early on in the film of the Nicholas Spark film the Best of Me. I kept thinking are we going to find out this guy is dead?? But I liked it way better than I did that one. It’s heartwarming and sweet and just an enjoyable way to spend an hour and a half. It makes you think about all the things that happen and maybe there is a bigger reason why things happen. It’s the kind of movie that will lift you up and make you forget your worries. Now it does start off kind of slow. You don’t want all the bad things that keep happening to continue and yet they seem to. But the movie gets better after that. So stay strong through the beginning. With its timeless messages of hope, compassion, and gratitude, The Secret: Dare to Dream is an inspiring and heartwarming film that shows how positive thoughts can transform our lives. Most of all just enjoy! I don’t know about you but I need more movies with this message in my life, especially right now!
As a reviewer of movies I give this one a 3.5 out of 5 stars. It is one I will enjoy again.
THE SECRET: DARE TO DREAM will be available to rent for $19.99 through On Demand platforms such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, VUDU and cable providers starting Friday July 31. #TheSecretMovie Be sure to check out the trailer below.
