Do you have a home to do list that just never seems to get done?

Do you need help remembering all the tasks that are there to do that go along with home maintenance? I have found something that is helping me stay organized with my home tasks! How to make sure your home maintenance is getting done and on time!

So after I logged in, first, I went to reports and it showed me what I owed on my house and what it was now worth. That was very eye-opening. From there I went into home maintenance. That seems to be the one I put off the most. I have needed to change my ac filter for a month. Have I? No. Today I did after spending time on my dashboard. It just kind of reminds you of all the things you need to do.

Check out the other items on my list that I have never thought about. This could save my house and home from falling into disrepair. 

So not only do I need to check my grading around my house…(I have never done that) I also need to check to make sure my drains are not clogged. I have a ton of trees so we are constantly having to check to make sure our downspouts are in working order. Then it reminded me I had a fire extinguisher at my other house before we sold it but we never bought one for here. How could I forget that? I’m off to shop today to buy another one. My friend just had a small fire in her home and this is on my MUST TO DO list ASAP. What was I thinking!
