I used to love to workout. The older I get the less I enjoy it. But I still do it. I’m recommitting myself to working out a minimum of 3 days per week. I do not belong to a gym either. So where do I workout? I workout at home with youtube. If you have videos (and I do) I sometimes will do those as well. But youtube has all kinds of workout videos ready for you. I do the popsugar channel and those are free. I love the variety and how many that they have there. It’s been a great thing for me. If you search workouts Popsugar is the third one that comes up in my youtube search. I usually do the no equipment ones. I do have weights and bands but my bands are getting old and all seem to be breaking. Ouch, those things pop you when they break!
So far I’ve done about 5 workouts on there. I always follow the modified person working out. I have to build up my strength up to doing what the younger folks are doing. It won’t take long that much I’m sure of. What do you do for your workout?
