Instant Pot Chili Recipe

how-to-make-instant-pot-chili-recipe-my-unentitled-life

Ingredients for Instant Pot Chili

4 cans of Chili Beans

1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilis

1 pound of ground beef

1/2 chopped onion

2 tbs chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

Hot sauce (optional)

28 oz crushed tomatoes

1 can water from tomatoes and chilis can

Cook hamburger and 1/2 onion chopped until the hamburger is no longer pink. Drain grease then add back to instant pot. Add 4 cans of chili beans, tomatoes and chilis, garlic powder, cumin and chili powder. Put lid on and seal the vent. Set the manual timer to 18 minutes and let the pot do it’s magic. Once the timer has counted down let it naturally release for 10 minutes. If there’s any pressure left after that time just do a quick release. This will taste like it has simmered for hours! Truth is it was ready in about 30 minutes! Enjoy! Add your toppings like cheese, sour cream, jalepenos and whatever other toppings you like! Mmmm. This feeds my family of 5 (3 teens) with leftovers! I have the 6 quart Instant pot.
