Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe
Ingredients
4 chicken breast cut into half- to make it thinner
2 tbsp. of butter cut into pieces
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup Buffalo sauce
1/2 packet dry ranch dressing mix
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup of coleslaw mix
6 Provolone cheese slices
3 green onions diced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe Directions:
Add chicken to the Instant Pot.
Top with the butter pieces and then season with the dry ranch dressing
mix.
Add the chicken broth, and garlic, then pour it over the chicken in the
Instant Pot.
Put on the Instant Pot lid and turn to seal.
Set manual or pressure cook button to 15 minutes.
Let cook and then release pressure naturally.
Once pressure is released, open the lid and shred the chicken using two
forks.
Drain any excess juice.
Add your buffalo sauce to the chicken and stir to combine.
Let the chicken soak in the sauce for a few minutes.
To assemble sandwiches, layer each roll with buffalo chicken, sliced
cheese on a baking pan or casserole dish.
Turn your oven to broil.
Broil for ONLY 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
Now add the coleslaw, ranch dressing and then green onions.
Serve warm.
