Thank you to Great Wolf Lodge for sponsoring this media weekend and inviting our family.

If you’re looking for a great place to spend the next vacation with family then look no further than Great Wolf Lodge. Now I’m writing up a teen guide because that is what I have. If you have smaller children it is a perfect vacation spot for young families as well (see my next post about that!). There’s so much for the kids and teens to do. First off let’s talk about price and what they have for teens at Great Wolf Lodge in La Grange Ga.

Your Teen Guide to Great Wolf Lodge

Great Wolf Lodge in La Grange Ga is one of the best family vacations that my family has ever taken. My teen and tween loved it so much. They ranked it higher than almost every other vacation we have taken. You can find the website for Great Wolf Lodge of La Grange Ga here. The address and phone number is:

Address: 150 Tom Hall Parkway, LaGrange, GA 30240
Phone: (844) 473-9653

Of course we know there are the waterparks there. My kids did the waterslides, the lazy river and even the outdoor pool. But that’s not what they loved the most! They loved the many other activities just as well. Let’s look at all there is to do there.

My two loved their adventures at the Great Wolf Lodge. First we became part of a Wolf Pack.

What did the teens do at Great Wolf Lodge?

We did mini golf! We did bowling! We panned for gold! We had fun at the arcade. We made 2 furry stuffed animals at Creation Station. You can rock climb (which we ran out of time to do). My teens did the 3 1/2 hour Magiquest scavenger hunt. They had so much fun doing this! It took them forever but they seemed to really love every second of it. I loved that it took them some time and they had to use their brain. My kids were old enough we sat over by the Taco bus and had some adult beverages. It was a great time for us and them. Check out the pictures of us doing all the fun things below!

When you get back to the room you have a great tv set up with cable or for your subscription tv services like Netflix or Hulu. There were times when my tween wanted some time to herself. So we grabbed a cabana for her to chill in. She closed the curtain, turned on the tv and read her book. She is my introvert so sometimes lots of people is just too much for her. This was a great way for her to be with us and allow us to check on her quickly. She loved Great Wolf Lodge and I call that a huge success.

We ate lots of yummy food at their restaurants there. There is a Walmart not to far from there that you can grab snacks and waters to keep in your room. That’s what we did. You can also bring a cooler in with your food and drinks in it. We had a mini fridge in our room. The rooms were really nice and we enjoyed one night just grabbing a pizza and going back to the room to play games on our Apple tv that we had brought with us. That was a great way to chill out and calm down after a busy day.

There’s even stores on site if you don’t want to go out and grab a few snacks or things you left behind (like we forgot one pair of swim trunks!). They really have everything that you could possibly need there. It’s a great way to stay in one location and do so many different activities in 3 days. I think we could have stayed longer and done more honestly!

Why not follow them on Facebook and then check out their site for your next vacation.

We have been to Great Wolf Lodge but the georgia one seems like the real deal. My kids loved the Magiquest route and of course the water slides are second to none.

This is a great way to spend time with the family without doing too much of a searching on what everyone would like.

Was it affordable for the whole family.

Great Wolf Lodge sounds like a fun place for all age groups. So hard sometimes to find something that the younger kids and teenagers can both enjoy. This would be perfect.

My youngest daughter will be 13 in August, and I have told her that Great Wolf Lodge is for more than just little kids! She has always wanted to go, and now that there is one nearby, in Georgia, we can! I just need to convince her that she isn’t too old!

My teen nephews love this place. As does the two five year olds, the six year old, and the two two year olds! And since the kids love it so much, so does all the moms and dads.

I am thirty years old and still have never been to a Great Wolf Lodge. Now that I’m a mama, I’ll be going for different reasons but I am sure my son would love it here!
