I was invited on an all expense paid trip to cover the amazing #HanSoloEvent from our partners at Disney

Let me preface this by saying I am a huge Star Wars fan. But that doesn’t mean I liked all the movies. There’s been a few I wasn’t crazy about. But I have had a love for Han Solo that goes back to when I was 7 years old and the movie had just come out. He embodies everything a man should be. He’s handsome, sarcastic, rides the line between good and evil and is just a decent human being. So when I heard they were making his story I was beyond excited. 

Solo: A Star Wars Story Review with no spoilers

The movie kept me entertained and in my seat the entire time. I was not going to get up and go to the bathroom even though I needed to (and when I did I bumped into Emilia Clark there).  It’s funny, charming, and action packed. I felt that Alden did a great job recreating the iconic role that Harrison Ford did. I wasn’t thinking this isn’t Han Solo I was thinking this is! Going forward I can see him continuing in this role. He did a phenomenal job. It’s a great stand alone story so even if you’ve never seen a Star Wars movie you will enjoy it and be thoroughly entertained.

I have to admit that Solo has always been my favorite Star Wars character. This movie means so much to my family. It’s my childhood. I’m beyond excited to go to the red carpet event for it and report back here for you guys. This is the first time in history that 25 bloggers have been invited to attend the red carpet for a Star Wars movie. It’s going to be amazing.
