How to make a Spring Flower Garden Essential Oil Roller
With spring being just around the corner I am already thinking of ways to bring it in a little faster. I love using my essential oils pretty much all year round, and especially in spring. Essential oils do wonders for my allergies, help me with my cleaning, and keep me nice and calm.
There are so many benefits of using essential oils in your everyday life. When you create your own essential oil roller, you’re opening the door to use essential oils any time and any place you desire without having to carry multiple bottles of them with you everywhere you go. This spring garden essential oil roller is super easy to make and requires just a few ingredients. Follow my step-by-step guide below learn how to make your own spring flower garden essential oil roller today!
I especially love the the jasmine essential oil part of this blend, as it will help you overcome stress and feel more balanced. And we all know after the year we have all just had, we need that calm don’t we? Ha! The Neroli essential oil will help reduce anxiety and is said to help with insomnia as well. Lastly, the Geranium essential oil helps improve physical, mental and emotional health. Each of these essential oils included in the spring garden essential oil roller will sure help bring you to a calmer, more balanced and relaxed mindset. Here is how to make your own spring flower garden essential oil roller:
You will need:
- 10 mL. Glass essential oil bottle with roller cap and lid
- 1 tbsp. Fractionated coconut oil
- 2 tsp. Sweet almond oil
- 20 drops Jasmine Essential oil
- 15 drops Neroli Essential oil
- 10 drops Geranium Essential oil
- Measuring cup with a spout for pouring
Instructions for how to make your own spring flower garden essential oil roller :
Step One: Add 1 tablespoon of fractionated coconut oil into a measuring cup that has a spout for pouring. (The spout will make it much easier to get into your bottle, but if you don’t have one available you could also use a dropper to get your mixture into your bottle!).
Step Two: Pour 2 teaspoons of sweet almond oil into the measuring cup.
Step Four: Add in 20 drops of Jasmine essential oil and mix until combined.
Step Four: Add in 15 drops of Neroli essential oil and mix until combined.
Step Five: Put in 10 drops of Geranium essential oil, and mix until combined.
Step Six: Pour your essential oil mixture into a 10 mL. Glass essential oil bottle, leaving just a tad bit of space at the top (that will leave room to pop on your roller ball).
Step Seven: Snap a roller ball top onto the glass bottle. Now you are ready to use your spring flower essential oil roller whenever and wherever you want! I carry mine in my purse with me.
To use, simply roll some of the essential oil onto your wrists, temples or behind your ears. This oil blend is wonderful for shaking off anxiety on a rough day, and it smells so heavenly. It’s a win-win to have around for sure.
