This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of RAGÚ® Pasta Sauce. All opinions are entirely my own.

My kids love anything with Alfredo sauce in it. I try to mix it up and make them different meals if I can so it’s not always the same dinner. Last night I decided I would serve rice instead of pasta. It was a Chicken and Rice Alfredo in the Instant Pot recipe kind of night. It was so tasty too. A recipe that makes my kids happy makes mama happy.

Chicken Rice Alfredo Instant Pot recipe

Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Alfredo

Chicken (I used 4 thighs, boneless)

White rice 2 cups

1 jar family size RAGÚ® Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce (Family Size, 21.5 oz.)

Broccoli (frozen)

.Salt and pepper

Parmasan reggiano cheese to top with

Chicken and Rice Alfredo Instant Pot Directions

chicken and rice alfredo recipe in the instant pot

I put the rice on the bottom using 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water. Then I added my chicken to the top and cooked it on the rice setting. It cooked for 12 minutes.  I opened the lid to my Instant Pot and added the broccoli and the RAGÚ® Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Sauce and set it on manual for 2 minutes. Then I opened it up and stirred it and then we dished it out and enjoyed it. It is such a simple and tasty meal. Don’t forget to add your Parmasan Reggiano cheese to the top before they take it to the table. It is delicious and so easy.

If you visit your favorite Publix Now through October 11 you’ll be able to grab the RAGÚ®  pasta sauces and buy one get one free. Find it in the pasta sauce aisle. Check out their bogo each week by clicking Publix! I loved the creaminess and cheesiness of theRAGÚ® Classic Alfredo sauce. RAGÚ® Classic Alfredo has a thick, creamy Alfredo sauce that’s packed with my favorite cheeses: Parmesan and Romano cheeses. I love that it’s made with real cheese and fresh cream  so that the dish I made is bursting with cheese flavor. It is great on a variety of dishes including Chicken Alfredo. It is available in the 16 oz or the 21.5 oz jar like I purchased!

The kids were happy and full with this recipe. That makes for a happy family night! We ended this night with a movie. We were all snuggled up on the couch sharing family time together. All in all it was the perfect night.

I have to try your recipe. I cheat and buy it at the store in a package and make it. Would love to make it from scratch. Thanks for a great recipe.

To be really honest, it does not seem tasty to me, but I am so curious that I really wanna try and taste it myself, since other comments say otherwise.
