How to make Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Muffins Recipe 

Pumpkin Spice Muffins Ingredients

Pumpkin spice oatmeal muffins recipe ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp  baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (can make your own)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg beaten
1/2 can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup old fashioned oats

In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients of flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, baking powder. Then mix egg, pumpkin, milk and oil. Add the dry and wet ingredients together just until combined. Then add the oats and stir lightly until mixed. Bake in 375* oven for 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 4 minutes before taking out of muffin tin. Enjoy!
