This post is in partnership with VivaNUTRITION. All opinions are honest and my own.

Have you ever wondered if your kids are happy? Does it sometimes seem like it would be easier to be raising the kids in the 80’s without all the digital items we have in our lives now? It’s true. I wish for simpler times and no phones/games in our home. This got me on a path of how to raise healthy happy kids and I came up with 3 simple steps to take.

how to raise healthy happy kids in 3 easy steps

How to Have Healthy and Happy kids in 3 Easy Steps

First of all we need to spend quality time with the ones we love.  Our families are the ones we are there for and truly want to spend quality time with. Saturday night we all watched a movie and just hung out together. It was awesome. I love these people I live with and I love spending time with them.

Second give them chores. It may seem easier to do it yourself. However kids need to know that they are a part of something and that they belong. So giving them chores help them have a sense of how a family works and it’s so good for them. They learn work ethic and how to care for others by doing for them. It’s definitely a win to have your kids do chores. My kids do the following: sweep and mop floors, dishes, dusting, clean their rooms and bathrooms and they cook too.

Last we need to be mindful of the food and vitamins we are giving them. If you can afford organic then that is a must. If you can’t then just buy them good unprocessed food. The super fiber chia bars fromVivaNUTRITION® are a great snack for kids. Why? Because vivaNUTRITION Super Fiber Chia Bars are made from 100% natural ingredients and contain both chia and oats
The chia seeds contain omega-3 fats that have various health benefits for children’s behavioral, attentional and emotional health. Chia seeds pack a bunch of energy that can help in a child’s daily activities. Oats contain a high amount of fiber as well as nutrients. The fiber in oats helps with digestion and the easy movement of food through the digestive system and helps prevent complications including constipation. VivaNUTRITION® bars are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, vegetarian and Non GMO.

how to raise healthy happy kids

What about Probiotics? Are those good for kids and helpful in keeping kids happy and healthy?

A bit more about their Probiotics.  I believe healing the gut is a must in todays world. vivaNUTRITION® Probiotics supports the best balance between children’s good bacteria and otherwise non-beneficial bacteria that resides in their intestines.  vivaNUTRITION® chose one of the most widely studied probiotic strains, BB-12®, which has been shown in multiple clinical studies to alleviate occasional digestive distress while supporting a child’s natural defenses. That’s the one you want! It has a perfectly balanced sweetness and fine powder texture in a single daily serving. It’s great to consume as is, in water or in your favorite morning food or drink. I love that it has NO synthetic colors, flavors, preservatives, gluten, yeast or wheat; non-GMO.
