Mexican Burgers Recipe Ingredients

pepper jack cheese
3 tsp of chili powder
1/4 cup salsa
sour cream to taste
lettuce
Mexican Burgers how to grill recipe
To hamburger meat add chili powder and salsa. Mix together with hands. Pat into burgers. Grill burgers until done (about 6 minutes per side for well done.) Add pepper jack cheese until it is melted.
To bun Add sour cream on one side, lettuce on the other and salsa on top of the burger and cheese. If you add the salsa to the bun it makes the bun soggy. Delicious!
And now here’s my Mexican Burger Recipe for you to print! You can add onions or jalapenos if you like it spicy. I’m not one for spicy so this one works perfect for me and my daughter.
