Have you tried the Instant Pot? If you’d like to purchase I have a link for you. Remember I get a little bit back if you purchase through me and it helps me keep my site running. You can purchase the Instant Pot here if you’re interested. I use it more than my oven now. It’s my most used kitchen appliance. It keeps the food fresh and steamed instead of cooked to death and bleh from the oven. I’m a Instant Pot convert!! Before you go check out my other Instant Pot recipes. Now remember with the Instant Pot you have to factor in the time for it to get to high pressure, cook and then release that pressure. So it may have taken 7 minutes to cook but it probably took a total of 25-30 minutes (just a guess). A delicious and healthy meal that my kids will eat up. Yes, I’ll for sure be making this again. I do something similar with chicken thighs. I put the meat on top, however, so the juice from the meat flavors the cabbage and potatoes below. This is such an easy, go-to meal.

Thank you for mentioning the ACTUAL total cook time. No one ever mentions that part.

Am I missing where it tells you how many potatoes and how much onion and sausage?
