Easy Hamburger and Potatoes Instant Pot Meal Instructions

Saute hamburger and onion on the saute button in your instant pot. Once it’s cooked thoroughly (about 6 minutes). Turn instant pot off. Then turn it back on to manual. Add potatoes, can of water, mushrooms and soup. Set manual timer to 8 minutes and seal. Let it cook until it turns off and then let the pressure naturally release. Eat and enjoy!!

Easy Hamburger and Potatoes Instant Pot Meal Adapted to Slow Cooker

Cook hamburger and onion on stove. Slice up potatoes and add cream of celery soup to slow cooker. Add all ingredients and cook for 3 hours on high or 5 hours on low. Eat and enjoy! We topped ours with a little bit of cheese. Delicious!

Doesn’t seem to be enough liquid here for instant pot to function on pressure cook mode .Should l be adding some broth maybe?

Yes absolutely. I added a can of water to the post. You must have water or broth for the instant pot to run properly. Thank you for pointing that out.

I ended up having to add a total of three cans of water. I kept getting the BURN signal! Now, it’s like soup! We haven’t tried it yet! I ALWAYS have trouble with recipes that have creamy soup!!

I’m so sorry. That’s so weird. I’ve never had the burn notice using this recipe. It was delicious.
