This is the absolute best chili you will ever taste. It’s brought to you by my good friend Bill. It’s his recipe and it’s amazing. Let’s just take a moment to look at it cooking and realize that you must smell this and then taste this at least once in your life.
Oh my goodness. It looks so good. In honor of the cooler weather we’re having right now I may just have to make this tonight.
Here’s what goes into Bill’s World Famous Chili recipe.
World Famous Chili Ingredients
2 cans chili beans
2 cans kidney beans (or pinto beans)
1 can rotel
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 poblano pepper (seeded) Sliced lengthwise
1 lb sausage cooked and drained
1 lb hamburger cooked and drained
How to cook the World Famous Chili
Cook chopped up onion for 5 minutes or until translucent. Then add hamburger and sausage and cook until no longer pink. Then add beans, tomatoes, rotel, and finally your pepper cut up into long thin slices. Add 3 TBS chili powder and 2 tsp cumin or to your liking. Let cook on low all day in slow cooker or on top of stove for another hour for the flavors to really absorb. Then top with cheese, fritos, sour cream or to your liking. We absolutely love this recipe so much that you must try it and see if it doesn’t replace your regular chili recipe! It’s a must for fall weather. Have you made chili yet this season? Try this recipe and remember why it’s world famous!
I would love to try this. Yummy
Can this be made beanless since I can’t eat beans?
I would think so. It might be too soupy. I’d just play with it and see. It’s so good I think you can do it without the beans for sure.
