DIY Paint Chip Easter Egg Garland
Happy Spring everyone! It’s finally starting to get warmer outside, can you feel it? Easter is one of my favorite holidays to celebrate in the springtime of the year. It’s bright, fun, and festive! This week I made a super cute and easy craft that you can do with only a few supplies and some (free!) paint chips! This project only took about 20 minutes, and it would look just adorable over a mantle or on a door! Would you like to learn how to make your own DIY Paint Chip Easter Egg Garland? Awesome! Let’s check it out!
Here is how to make this DIY Paint Chip Easter Egg Garland:
Supplies:
- Paint Chips! (The square ones, not the long ones.) In whatever colors you would like. I went for traditional spring colors. The more you get the longer garland you can make
- String (or yarn as I used)
- Tape
- Scissors
Instructions for making this DIY Paint Chip Easter Egg Garland:
Step 1: First you will need to cut your paint chips to your desired shape. Since I chose Easter Eggs it was simple to cut them into the shape i wanted. You could get as creative as you want! Maybe some bunnies or chicks?
Step 2: Cut your string to your desired length. Using your tape tape the back of your paint chip to your string. (I told you guys that this was going to be easy). As far as colors go, you can put them in any pattern you like! I decided to go with a rainbow color scheme!
Step 3: Now that you are done with your fabulous DIY Paint Chip Easter Egg Garland is done, it’s time to find somewhere pretty to hang! It’s sure to make your family and guests smile. And the great thing is you can adapt this project to any holiday. I hope you enjoyed!
