Publix is having some great in-store savings from 2/18 until 3/2 and in honor of those savings we wanted to share a recipe idea for you! We’re making oven baked breaded chicken parmesan sliders with a simple spinach salad. How delicious does that sound? It was so easy too.
First I ran to Publix and as soon as I walked in I saw this display. It has quite a few of the Viva Italia sale items on it. It was right as I came in the front door. I grabbed my bread crumbs and tomato sauce here!
Here’s the ingredients for the baked Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
28 oz can of Hunts tomato sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 package of boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 eggs (beat)
parmesan cheese
slider rolls
Take the 2 beaten eggs and wash the chicken in it. Then dip it in the bread crumbs, place on pan and cook in oven on 375* for 20 minutes.
Cook on stove the Hunts tomato sauce and italian seasoning with 1 tsp sugar. Until warmed through.
After chicken is thoroughly cooked add tomato sauce and cheese and bake for 7 minutes more until heated through. Add to slider buns and enjoy! These were so good. I served it with a simple spinach salad and Italian dressing.
