There’s nothing better on a snow day than to make a yummy dip in the slow cooker. I love the simplicity of knowing that my lunch will be ready soon and it will be so delicious. If you’re looking for a yummy spinach dip recipe then check out my recipe and make it for Super Bowl or just because it’s Tuesday. It’s a quick meal in the slow cooker and nothing is better than that.

Slow Cooker Spinach Dip Directions

My spinach was frozen so I cooked it partially in the microwave and drained the water (follow package directions). Added it to the slow cooker. Then added 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt (You could use 1/2 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream). Cut up cream cheese and mozzerella into cubes and add it to slow cooker. Add vegetable dip packet over the top and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your slow cooker. Mine was ready in 1.5 hours. Then you can grate parmasian cheese over the top and eat with chips. This is so filling we made it as a meal. It would be great to take to Super Bowl parties or just gatherings with friends.
