Slow Cooker Spinach Dip Recipe Ingredients
Mayo or Plain Greek Yogurt
Knorr’s Vegetable Dip packet
Neufchatel Cream Cheese
8 oz Mozzerella
Parmesan Cheese
Spinach (frozen) 2 boxes
Slow Cooker Spinach Dip Directions
My spinach was frozen so I cooked it partially in the microwave and drained the water (follow package directions). Added it to the slow cooker. Then added 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt (You could use 1/2 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream). Cut up cream cheese and mozzerella into cubes and add it to slow cooker. Add vegetable dip packet over the top and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your slow cooker. Mine was ready in 1.5 hours. Then you can grate parmasian cheese over the top and eat with chips. This is so filling we made it as a meal. It would be great to take to Super Bowl parties or just gatherings with friends.
