There’s nothing more that I love to do than to craft. My girl and I were crafting up a storm to bring you all these great diy gift ideas for you to give for Christmas. Check out how easy it was to make our diy nail polish ornament!
Gather your items needed!
Nail polish in your color of choice
plastic ornament (can be bought at your local craft store)
sharpie marker or glitter paint, puff paint, etc.
Then pour nail polish into ornament and swirl it around.
Allow that to dry. We didn’t use very much nail polish at all. So be the judge of that. If you use a lot it may take more time to dry and you may be swirling more. So just a touch at first. Then swirl and let dry about 30 minutes.
Then add their name. You can write it in a sharpie marker like silver or black. Or use puff paint or glitter paint and make their name on the ornament. This is a great way to make ornaments for the kids or grandparents. You can add a sweet little foot print or thumb print and make it even more precious. Maybe a snowman made out of fingers too! Either way these are fun and easy gifts to make for others in the family. I think this project cost me about $2.50 to make with tax. What a cute ornament which will be sure to make a grandma smile.
