It’s too easy to make a Cafe coffee with protein powder perk up!
What do you need to perk up your coffee?
Brewed Coffee
1/2 scoop protein powder (I used Purely Inspired)
creamer or milk
Just getting a little work done with breakfast!
Then you simply stir and lift. Stir and lift. Lift and drink. It’s kind of a work out you know! Why not get your protein and your coffee perk up at the same time? I love that it is giving me the protein I need to get through the day. It would be great for those days you have so much to do you can’t get it all done. This will give you the strength and know how to get through the day! Try it and let me know your thoughts! Remember if the taste of the protein powder is a bit much for you try cutting it back to 1/3 scoop and then back to 1/4. Let me know which scoop worked with your Cafe coffee perk up!
