As I was thinking about dinner the other day I knew two things. I wanted it to be easy and I needed to use up some chicken I cooked a few nights before. So this recipe came to mind. And let me just tell you that it was so good and so easy!
Slow Cooker chicken taco dip recipe
2 cans black beans
1 can corn
1 jar salsa
1/2 packet italian dressing mix
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
cream cheese (I like the neufchatel cream cheese)
I simply let it slow cook on my counter for 3 hours. I love how all the ingredients look separated in their corners. Then when you stir it together it’s the yummiest recipe you’ve ever wanted to try! So good! Do you have a favorite dip or recipe you make in a slow cooker? Share it with me in a comment!
Check out the recipe at the bottom of the post. I do it both ways so that you can see the in progess pictures of the recipe and then so you can print it out to use when you’re making it at your slow cooker.
