Check out my Buffalo Chicken casserole recipe. My friend Cyndi’s family shared this recipe with me. When I had it over at their house I wanted to eat like four plates. This recipe makes a lot for a big family or you can be like Perdue and then donate it to someone you know that needs a meal. Be like Perdue Donate meals!
Buffalo Chicken Casserole recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1.5 lbs Perdue fresh chicken boneless skinless chunked
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
1 can cream of celery soup
5 cups grated potatoes or hash browns
1/2 cup grated cheese
Heat oven to 350*. Spray 2 baking dishes with baking spray or butter the dishes.
Grate potatoes, lay on paper towel and pat to dry (skip if using hash browns)
In a bowl stir together chicken and buffalo sauce. Spoon into dishes in a single layer.
In the same bowl stir together everything else except the bread crumbs. Mix together well.
Then place in dish and sprinkle bread crumbs over the top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for 20-25 minutes more. I usually broil the top after for a couple minutes until golden brown.

This looks delicious and easy to make. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
As a Buffalonian, I LOVE buffalo chicken, but don’t always want wings. Your casserole sounds like a perfect fix. I love that Perdue Chicken is donating meals – it’s always nice to see companies engaging in responsible corporate citizenship these days!
I am going to print out your recipe and send it to my mom. She loves chicken and we were just discussing how we loved doing casseroles. Perdue does seem to always care about their consumers and gives back to the community. Great company!
My mouth is seriously watering over here. And I’m kicking myself for not making some pre-made (in the freezer) food for my husband while I’m gone on holidays to Canada for three weeks (to visit my family). It looks SO good, and even easier to make. I’m not even sure I’ve had buffalo sauce before…I bet it tastes amazing though.
My husband loves buffalo chicken. He would love this recipe!! It looks fairly simple to create so I might give it a shot!! Thank you for your inspiration1
My husband is a huge fan of Buffalo chicken! This sounds like a dinner that would be right up his alley. I love that you can make a double with this, we share dinners often with a neighbor.
This looks so yummy, we love casseroles and we love anything with buffalo chicken. I am going to have to try and make this tonight, it has been a busy week but I managed to pick some of these supplies up already and I only need to add a couple more things to go with it. It looks fantastic, I can’t wait to try it out!
