Ever have that day where you go into the store to get the stuff to make dinner and leave without half the stuff. Yeah? Me neither. I just went to the store for the items needed for dinner and forgot half. So I changed my plans. I was going to make barbeque beer chicken. I always have barbeque sauce and beer (the beer’s not mine…I swear). I had beer and no bbq sauce. Grr. Well I decided I wasn’t going back to the store so I made my own. It was fast and easy and good!
Check out my Barbeque Sauce recipe that is quick and easy.
Ingredients:
Ketchup
mustard
onion diced or 1/2 tsp onion powder
brown sugar
Add 2 and 1/2 cups of ketchup to a container. To that add 1 tbs mustard, 1 and 1/2 c brown sugar and 1/4 cup diced onions. Stir. Refridgerate or use right away as a marinade, bbq sauce or whatever you wish. Right now I’m using it in my slow cooker making bbq beer chicken! Woot woot!
Here’s the quick and easy barbeque sauce recipe I used and one for you to print…or yum…or pin… or like…whatever you feel the need to do. Share….
