peanut butter energy bites

My kids and husband are always looking for easy ways to make breakfast quick and fast so we can get out the door. I came up with this peanut butter energy bites to help them. My dh can eat them as he walks out the door and my son likes to put them in his peanut butter smoothie. These were super simple to make and only had 3 ingredients.

Check out my recipe!

Peanut Butter Energy Bites

peanut butter energy bites ingredients

Here’s my massive list of ingredients!

Peanut butter
vanilla
Protein Powder (I used Purely Inspired)

Now that you’re over that list of ingredients. Here’s the recipe.

1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 scoop protein powder (Purely Inspired)

Mix with your hands and shape into balls. Either eat as a snack during the day, for breakfast or add to your smoothie for a yummy energy bite! My husband and kids were so happy with this recipe and these bites!

You can mix it up by adding oatmeal or chocolate chips to it. Try them and let me know what different mixins you used. This made approximately 15 peanut butter energy bites for me! Enjoy!
