Italian Roasted Vegetables packets are so easy to make and the perfect side dish.
So I was shopping at Food Lion and bought all my favorite vegetables. I decided to make roasted Italian Vegetables. I made my meal and wow was it flavorful and good. It was so tasty and so easy to make that I wanted to post it on the Food Lion recipe site portal. I’m always looking for my kids to eat more vegetables so this is perfect for that. After I posted the recipe I realized how simple it was to post on their site as well. You set up your account with your Food Lion MVP card. Then you click recipe portal. Name your recipe. Add your images and your recipe ingredients and then directions for cooking and finally click submit. It was that easy. And you then are able to choose to be on their email list to find out about new sales and deals. Which I personally need to help me save money. Why don’t you check it out and submit your recipe!

Roasted Italian Vegetable Packets
Select the vegetables you want to use. I used zuchini, yellow squash, peppers, onion, broccoli crown and potatoes.
Cut up the vegetables.
Add to foil and add 3 tbs olive oil and 1/2 packet Italian dressing (dry). Add more or less of the seasoning to your tastes. Roast on 400* for 40 minutes or until fork stuck into vegetables reveals they’re soft and ready to eat.
And Voila! The finished yummy product!

I have never heard of Food Lion, but I would definitely try this recipe. If I had some white wine on hand, I would add a bit to the olive oil.
