SUBWAY® Restaurants is one of my kid’s favorite places to eat. Which cracks me up because I can’t get them to eat a sandwich at home. SUBWAY® Restaurants has found a great way to give back. They have a new “You Share. We Share” campaign which encourages the local community to get out and share their weekends with SUBWAY® Restaurants. Then SUBWAY® in the Nashville area will share right back by donating a percentage of weekend sales, up to $40,000, directly to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. How cool is that? As locally owned and operated franchises, SUBWAY® is excited to be able to further its commitment to the local community. What a giving thing they’re doing!

Nashville has a great charity that they are supporting. They’re donating to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. They do great things in getting food to the hungriest of Nashville’s people.

Here’s a list of in your area! Be sure to look them up. If you’re in Nashville or surrounding areas like me you can check out the here.

So next time you’re thinking let’s go out to eat remember that SUBWAY® Restaurants donates to charities in your area until August 31, 2015. Why not eat out and support a great cause. Make SUBWAY® your go to restaurant for the next few weeks. Make sure you snap a picture while you’re there and share it across your social media. Instagram feeds to facebook and twitter and it’d be lovely to support their #YouShareWeShare hashtag and support charities too!

I always get the same thing at Subway, Steak and Cheese on white bread with mayo, lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar. Toasted please. Glad to know they are supporting local charities.

Oh what a great cause! I love Subway! It was one of the things I craved when I was pregnant but was advised not to eat. (not supposed to eat deli meat) anyway I asked for a footlong sandwich and a starbucks after I had my son. It was so good!

I don’t eat at Subway all that much, but used to eat a lot of their tuna salads – and when they had a lobster promotion I was there nearly every day. In fact, they may have one on now … think I’ll head over …

It is nice to hear that Subway is giving back by donating to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, does the locator provided also tell you if they do this in other states too? I am based in NYC and would love to know if they are rolling out this initiative here too.
