I’ve been trying to find ways to make breakfast healthier. Increasing protein is one way I had decided to do that. So I made protein pancakes. I kind of just figured out this recipe on my own. It was pretty tasty and loaded with protein.
Here’s the ingredients
3/4 c rolled oats
3 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Purely Inspired)
3 tbs flour
2 whole eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 banana (very ripe)
3 tbs milk
Mix together. Mash banana with fork and mix thoroughly with other ingredients. Cook on stovetop until done like a pancake. Looks great and tastes so yummy too! I topped mine with a little bit of syrup. So good! Check out my cranberry muffins made with protein powder too for another great recipe.
