DIY Floating Candle Holder
Crafting is one of my favorite things to you any time of the year. But I would have to say that crafting around the holidays and in summer are my 2 favorite times to craft. During the holidays for obvious reasons, and during summer so that my daughter can join me. One thing my daughter loves is candles of any kind. So we thought it would be fun to make a new candle holder for her. This DIY Floating Candle Holder would look great on a mantle, coffee table, or even as a centerpiece for a wedding or event! The best part? Everything you need to make these can be found at the dollar tree! This whole project cost me $3 to make. Cool right? Let’s check it out!
Here is how you make this DIY Floating Candle Holder:
You Will Need:
- Hot Glue Gun
- Jewel Pebbles
- Tea Lights
- Small Fish Bowl
- Taper Candle Holder
First, Heat up your glue gun and glue around the top of your candle holder.
Next, glue the top of your candle holder to the bottom of the fish bowl. Push firmly to set and turn back right side up. (Can you see how easy it is yet!?)
Then, grab your glass pebbles and pour them into your bowl. Add water and let the pebbles settle. I love the look of the pebbles with the water, so pretty!
Finally, add your candle and that’s it! In just 3 easy steps you have a beautiful DIY Floating Candle Holder! I love crafts that are easy to make and pretty.
