I love guacamole. A restaurant here is continuously named number one in guacamole and it’s very expensive to buy it there. I love to find good recipes and try to make it myself. After making it my family has proclaimed that my guacamole is the best. I have to admit that I agree with them and think it’s so much better! Being that today is Cinco de Mayo I thought you guys might want to try to make the quick and easy guacamole. So how about a recipe for you!

Why not try your hand at making something that is so tasty and so good for you. My kids love guacamole and if I make tacos there better be guacamole to go with it. Have you ever tried to make guacamole when you’re making a good mexican meal? We love to make this each and every time we have tacos, spanish rice, you name it. They love it and so do I.
