My blender is 24 years old. It’s so old. We’ve bought new blades for it and it still runs… somewhat. But wasn’t running the way I was wanting it too. We make smoothies about 3 times a week for breakfasts. My kids and my hubby love smoothies almost as much as I do. When I got the Ninja I thought it would be a great way to make smoothies. This Ninja makes smoothies and so much more. It’s way more than a blender every could be.

I was given this product as a review item. Regardless of that this is my honest opinion of the Ninja blender.

Check out my pictures when I was making my son a smoothie for breakfast.

ninja blender review

It’s definitely a smoothie. So I put in 2 bananas, peanut butter, milk, protein powder and a touch of nutella. He loved it so.

One thing I love about this machine is that it has preset settings. So when you add all your smoothie ingredients you then hit the smoothie button. Then it does the work for you. I used to have large clumps of ice in my smoothie. I no longer have any chunks of ice in my smoothie. They’re just smooth. I’m in love!

I also love all the items it comes with. It comes with 2 cups that you can put a lid on (comes with the lid) and you can make your smoothie in that cup. My teen and my hubby use these cups often. They love that they can take them on the go. It also came with a book called Eat to Lose, Eat to Win by Rachel Beller. It’s an action plan for a slimmer and healthier you. Recipes you can make using the Ninja blender. You can make soups, souffles and so much more than just smoothies. It’s so amazing. Here’s some more info about the Ninja Blender.

This sounds great! My blender is shot and stinks at smoothie making. Will have to look into this Ninja!

I have a Ninja blender model that’s a step down from this one. I have to be honest with you, I can’t stand that blender and I’ll never buy another one. It’s a nightmare to clean, to the point where all of the cracks in crevices make it so much work to clean out after each use, that it’s not worth using at all! I could write a whole essay about my hatred of the thing ;)!

They must have improved it. I don’t have that problem at all. There’s not really any crevices in this one. The blades are so sharp that you have to be careful with those though.

I need to get on the smoothie bandwagon. They look so good and it’s a great way to sneak in plenty of fruits and veggies.

I’m getting one of these as a wedding gift for a young couple this summer. They want to stay healthy and I think this blender will help! (Or they’ll drink lots of margaritas)
