There’s something about making a Father’s Day craft. Honey don’t read this post. Seriously doubt he would but that would be my luck! haha! My kids had a blast working on this one. It takes very little time or money! My hubby will be happy to see a sweet gift made with him in mind. Both of my kids had similar ideas and made their mugs all by themselves. Okay we actually bought the mugs and they decorated them. Let’s use the proper terminology I suppose. Check out how we got our craft on!

For this craft you’ll need a white mug. You can get them at your local big box store, dollar store, etc.
Sharpie markers of various colors
oven

That’s it. Here’s my kiddos getting crafty in the kitchen.

Father's Day Craft

My girl likes to do everything right. So she made her a stencil and used it on her mug.

My son wanted a mustache to be seen whenever dad’s coffee cup was turned up. How cute is that? Clever! He wrote on his “I mustache you a question” then on the other side “But I’m shaving it for later.” Happy Father’s Day 2015. My girl’s is a bit shorter with just “I mustache you”. That’s the great thing about crafts. They do what they want!

Once their designing is done. You preheat your oven to 350* and then let the mugs bake for 1.5 hours. The drawing should now be set. Check out their mugs they completed!

Cute and easy. You can let toddlers do this. You can trace letters for the little ones to write on. Or you could draw a picture and let the kids color it in. There’s just so many possibilities for this Father’s Day Craft. You won’t ever make the same one twice! That’s for certain.
