I was given product/compensation to write this product review. Regardless this review is honest and 100% my opinion.

tea tree oil review

I’ve always been a crunchy mom. Well, crunchier than most. I believe in recycling, upcycling and making do. I cloth diapered my last two babies and loved it. Tea Tree Oil was a staple in my cloth diapering routine. I used it when washing my (well they weren’t mine) diapers. But I owned them and used them on two precious sweet babies. I love essential oils and this one is just as amazing as the ones I used back in the day.

About Apothecary Tea Tree Oil

Apothecary tea tree oil is made from a tree native to Australia. It was traditionally used by the Aborigine tribe as a topical agent for your skin. This is to be applied topically only do not ingest. It’s been used as a topical antiseptic and antifungal.   But now it’s also a popular ingredient in cleaning and disinfecting. Makes a great cleaning agent when added with water. Apothecary’s Tea Tree Oil has no mineral oil, no preservatives, no artificial colors, no fragrances, no parabens, no chemical solvents and no petroleum.

Here’s some uses for Tea Tree Oil.

Applied to the face for acne relief. Always test on your hand first as it may be too strong for people with sensitive skin like me.

Relieves itchiness from rash.

Makes a great all purpose cleaner. 1-2 tsp Tea Tree Oil and fill a 16 oz bottle with water.

Can treat lice naturally just add a few drops to your shampoo.

Add some drops to your dogs bed to keep fleas away.

Helps aid in curing toenail fungus.

Helps remove skin tags.

Freshens carpet and laundry.

Can be used in a homemade deodorant.

This essential oil is so versatile why wouldn’t you want to have it in your house? You can win a 4 oz bottle from me. Just enter the giveaway by following the rafflecopter below. Check out Apothecary Tea Tree Oil on Amazon. Talk with them about it on Facebook.

We use lavender at home – we mix a few drops in a spray bottle of water and use it to spritz on our bed linens and pillows.

Tea Tree and Eucalyptus oil are my favorites because they contain healing properties. They can be used as antiseptics on small cuts, help relieve infections, and may be used in homemade cleaning supplies.
