Texas Pete Hot Sauce makes dinner fun! My hubby and I are on the low carb diet. The good thing about being on this is I can eat all the vegetables and yummy protein that we want. Because Texas Pete is low carb it can be a part of our dining meals. They have so many cool new sauces. You can get a Texas Pete Cha! siricha sauce, hot wing sauce, green pepper sauce, a garlic hot sauce (oh YUM) and so much more. There’s tons of cool recipes that will help you incorporate Texas Pete into your dinner plans. You can find Texas Pete Hot Sauce recipes here. I want to make the Sultry Grilled Chicken (I would substitue crushed tomatoes for the marinara because of the low carb diet I’m on and it would be just as good!). Check out this recipe: Texas Pete® Sultry Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce

2 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic

4 oz. Olive oil

1 tsp Kosher salt

1 tsp Pepper

2 lbs. Boneless chicken tenders or Thighs

2 Tbsp Olive oil

2 Tbsp Chopped garlic

2 – 26 oz. jars Marinara sauce (prepared)

3/4 cup Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce

2 cups Kalamata olives, drained, roughly chopped

3 Tbsp Red wine vinegar

1 tsp Pepper

For garnish Chopped fresh parsley

PROCEDURES

Combine Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce, 2 tbsp. chopped garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tsp kosher

salt and 1 tsp pepper for marinade.

Place chicken in large, sealable container or bag. Add marinade and allow to coat.

Refrigerate 48 hours.

Drain chicken before cooking. Discard marinade.

Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Alternatively, bake chicken at 400

degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

To make sauce, saute garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chopped

garlic, marinara sauce, 3/4 cup Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce, 2 cups olives, 3 tbsp red wine

vinegar and 1 tsp pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Top cooked chicken

with sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.

How amazing does that sound? If you’re not sure where you can get Texas Pete to spice up your dinner you can find Texas Pete Hot Sauce here. Such a great ingredient that will add some yummy spice to your meal. Your friends will be asking for your secret ingredient! It’s up to you to tell them about yummy Texas Pete.

I never thought I liked hot sauce. Then one day I tried a new potato-and-chicken dish with some Texas Pete and was hooked. Now I add it to all kinds of yummy foods!

I am not a huge fan of hot sauce, but my father would love it! I will send him your recipe.
