We had our final lesson this past week. It went so well. She had so much fun and it was great that she kept the same teacher each time. She had lessons and learned all the parts of the violin and was beginning to use her bow and pluck strings as she played. I asked her what she thought of the lessonface music lessons. She said, “I learned a lot and am better at the violin then I was.” Kids. LOL She had picked up the violin for the first time and played it with her teacher. Her brothers had helped her a little bit but her learning on the violin she had just begun with her teacher. I would love to continue these lessons this summer when school is out and life has calmed down a bit. End of the school year is a tough time of year for us to start something. So many activities going on, of course the fact that lessonface takes place at home definitely helps.

I love the Harp, always have but it’s so hard to learn…I just dream
I’m so bad at music – I think the only thing I would like to take is sound via the computer. Then I could make the music I ruin sound better!! ha/ha
I think lessons at home are a great idea. I think kids learn better in a comfortable setting!
This is such a cool idea. Especially for those that move a lot or live in remote locations!
this is too cool esp for the busy mom!
This will be really cool when my son is older. He already loves music!
Such a great idea! I always walked down the street to my piano lessons.
This is a really neat idea. We don’t have many teachers near us and I can see this being so helpful.
I wish we had this when I was a kid! I hated taking piano lessons but I would have loved to learn this way. This is so cool!
This is pretty cool! I’ve thought about trying to do piano lessons online!
I think I would have preferred this method than taking lessons with the shrew I had to learn from. I’d even do this as an adult.
I really like this idea! I keep it in mind if my daughters wants to start taking music lessons.
What a great idea. I will have to check it out.
My kids would love this service!! I had no idea it was possible!!
I’ve played piano since the age of 6 but have gotten so rusty in the last 5 years. Would love a refresher!
I think this is so much easier on kids and parents. No rushing kids around to lessons and children can learn at their own pace.
This is such a great way to take music lessons! My oldest would love this.
I used to play the piano as a kid. I plan on learning to play it again. So I would use the lessons to learn to play the piano again.
my son wants to do drum lessons. i think i’ll compromise with guitar…. but we’ve considered doing online lessons for him
How awesome. What a great idea to do lessons at home. It makes it so much easier for people with big families and a lot of different pulls in various directions.
What a great wya for your kids to learn how to play an insrument. I home school my kids – so I am always looking for these types of options.
I would like to take guitar lessons. I took them years ago, but never got very good!
I think music is so important! My son just started drum lessons …. And I stocked up on headache medicine! 😉
Glad that your lessons are going well! This is a great way to learn wherever you are
Neat concept for those with rally busy schedules that might not be able to go local.
Another aspect of something like this is safety. The children are safe at home, so no extra worrying about them being somewhere else.
What a great idea. Saves parents time from worrying about driving the kids and allows the kids to be kept busy!
This is an interesting concept. I am a private music teacher, and I teach in home lessons and afterschool lessons. As a teacher, I can vouch for the benefits of having live, in person lessons, but this Lessonface concept is definitely something to consider.
That is too cool. This would save so much time in driving to lessons.
What a great idea! This is especially helpful for parents that home school!
I would love to have my son do music lessons. He has been asking about guitar lessons. This seems like a great option
This is such a good idea. My two middle children had music lessons forever. One is grown and one just stopped after years of playing (she’s ready for something new). I’d maybe love this for my youngest though!
My kids have all shown interest in learning instruments. I might give this a try and see how they like it this summer.
I’d love to have my son start learning an instrument! I wonder if he’s old enough.
I wish something like this would have been around when I was younger. I’ve played the flute since I was in elementary school. I always wanted to learn to play another instrument though.
Music lessons are a treasure. I am glad I had them and I am now giving them to my children.
Technology today! I have two things I regret from my childhood. 1. Not keeping up with speaking a second language and 2. Not keeping up with music lessons. I envy those that can do either. This is a great way to get the lessons without the hassle of another place to caravan to.
What a great way to learn new things! I would love to take lessons like this!
Howneat! Reallywant my son to learn how to play the guitar and my daughter the organ.
I’m not sure if I had the choice of any I would def. choose the piano 🙂
I took piano, violin and flute as a child. I don’t play any anymore. My daughter is almost old enough to begin lessons so I think I’d like to relearn the piano with her.
I would like to take lessons for guitar. Lessonface seems great and definitely convenient – being able to do it all online from home.
