How to Make Chocolate Covered Peeps

I know you’ve heard me talk in the past about my obsession with chocolate covered anything. I simply have always loved chocolate covered marshmallows. Looking at these peeps I knew I just HAD to dip those suckers in chocolate. It was so simple. Check it out.

Ingredients
  1. peeps of your choice
  2. semisweet chocolate chips
  3. sticks (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put a cup of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Check after 1 and stir. When you stir and the chip form disappears you are ready, otherwise keep microwaving until this happens. Dip your peeps in and place on wax paper. Put in freezer for 10 minutes after all peeps have had a chocolate bath. Take out of freezer for 5 minutes and enjoy!
