Boar’s Head Boldest Bracket Challenge is this great sandwich challenge that goes along with the March Madness ball games. They are allowing voting each day so that they can determine a winner of a new sandwich with all their new flavors. I'm so excited to see the yummy choices. It really made me hungry. Here's the sandwich I voted for. I want to try the Blackened Roasted Turkey and their Chipotle Gouda Cheese. Yum.
Those two sandwiches look amazing. I'm really hungry now. They made it hard to pick but I somehow managed. Their new horseradish cheddar cheese would go great with that blackened turkey. Their new line of spicy meats and cheeses were inspired by exotic destinations from around the world. They wanted to introduce our mouths to a flavor explosion. Here's the different meats that are new: Blackened Roasted Turkey Breast, Chipotle Chicken Breast, Jerk Turkey Breast. Their cheeses are: Horseradish Cheddar Cheese, 3 Pepper Colby Jack, and Chipotle Gouda. They even came out with a yummy condiment to use with it called Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise. Oh yum!

I love the Boars Head brand. I agree those sandwiches do look yummy. I try to make pretty sandwiches like that and it never quite works out well for me.
