Papa Murphy's Pan Pizza Review

Last week I was given the chance to review the new Papa Murphy’s pan pizza.  My kids were excited when I picked them up from school and we headed to our local Papa Murphy’s. It’s not the first time we’ve taken advantage of this new take and bake at home restaurant. It’s a great way to not have to make dinner and to feel like you’ve eaten out anyway. I, personally, love this way of doing pizza. It means I guarantee it’s hot and the exact crispness I like it to be when we are able and ready to eat.

My kids loved helping me pick the pizza we wanted and watching them make our pizza in front of us. My son and I couldn’t decide between the Cowboy’s pizza or the creamy garlic chicken pizza. We’ve never tried a white sauce chicken pizza so we gave that a whirl. My daughter only likes to eat cheese pizza. That’s why Papa Murphy’s is so great for us. They make a Mini Murphy pizza for little ones like her.  We pick up her Mini Murphy cheese pizza and she puts it together at home while the oven is warming up. Then we throw both pizzas in the oven to get them done. Her Mini Murphy is obviously ready first because of how small it is. We pull it out and then let our pizza get to it’s desired crispness. I think ours called for 425* and 18-23 minutes. I believe I added 5 minutes checking it after 2 to get it to our desired crispness. It wasn’t burnt and it was perfection. They also have salads and drinks. We picked up our favorite soda too. It made a nice quick meal for us to eat on a busy night. The family was quite excited to eat Papa Murphy’s. We did it on one of our crazy out of the house nights, right after we had been to gymnastics.  They are great for busy nights. Thank you Papa Murphy’s for a very successful dinner night at the Demarest home. Your new pan pizza was a big hit. One that we will be taking advantage of again!

Papa Murphy’s and Mom Select provided the pizza and compensation for this review. The review is 100% honest and my own.
