Breakfast at my house is always on the go and in a hurry. We sleep as long as possible at our house before jumping up to get out the door to school and work. It’s not a great way to start the morning but it’s how it is at my house. I wanted to find a quick and easy breakfast my kids could make. One that would be high in protein and good for them too. When Platefull sent me the ingredients I knew just what I was going to make. These banana boats are so scrumptious and good that you will wonder why you didn’t make them yourself earlier! Here’s the recipe.
