Let’s commit to eat clean and lose weight.
Yeah, me too! I’ve decided this year I’m going to be eating clean. That means I will cut out processed foods. My biggest downfall is going to be my Dr.Pepper. But I’m commited to eating this way for me and my family. I’m not sure what I’m going to do to replace pasta. My kids love spaghetti. I could eat mine with spaghetti squash and let them have the noodles I guess. That’s a pretty good idea! I’ve gained weight over the holidays. So it’s time to get it back off. I’m going to hard boil me some eggs today because those are great to eat before workouts. Monday the kids are back in school and that means my friends and I will be meeting again to walk our 3.6 miles in 1 hour. That’s a 15 minute mile and at my age that’s not too shabby.
Anyone else up for a weight loss and eat clean challenge?
I’m going to add those work out challenges in addition to my working out with my friends. The squats challenge, plank challenge, etc. One challenge a month. What about you? We could share what we lost every week and keep each other accountable?

Good luck to you Dina! I’m such a packaged food junkie! I really do want to cut back though and I have started making some of our favorite meals with healthier ingredients. I’ve been replacing mayo for greek yogurt on sandwiches and in salads. Different things like that that I’ve learned, really does make a difference!
