It’s that time of the week again. Time for me to fess up and show you what I did or didn’t do last week. Here’s what I did right!
Walked over 10 miles with my girlfriends and then did one water aerobics class. Drank lots of water…way more then I used to drink. Here’s what I know I can do without. I ate some chocolate and some ice cream. I drank dr. pepper my one addiction. But I’m so pleased with how the working out is coming because I have…LOST 7 inches total!!! Here’s where I lost it.
- neck 1/2 inch
- tricep 1/2 inch
- waist 1 inch
- hips 2 inches
- thigh 1.5 inches
Let that be a small point to recognize that I may not have lost weight each and every week but I am getting smaller. My clothes are beginning to tell me that. I relish that feeling. And now here’s my scale picture.
That means I lost .4 lbs and puts my total weight loss at 5.5lbs.
