It’s time again to show you if I’ve done what I said I was going to do and worked hard this week. I’m surprised to say that yes I lost weight last week. I run rental property on the side. And last Saturday as I was running around doing rental related errands I found out that one of my tenants had died. He’d been with us for over 10 years. He was such a pain. But we loved him and never wanted anything to happen to him. We have had a flurry of activity related to getting his belongings out when the family could get here. Attending his funeral out of state and cleaning the place up to get it ready to show. He drove us crazy. He was the only tenant we fought with but loved at the same time. It gets to the point where you see and talk to them almost as much if not more then your own family. So they in turn become family. Anyway, what does this have to do with Fitness Friday. I ate out a lot last week. Getting home from out of state too late to cook, running out of state to begin with, running errands late into the night, cleaning, etc. Oh you get the gist. I have a picture of my scale this morning to show you I lost weight!!

This picture was taken yesterday afternoon around 1 pm. I wonder what it would have been if I would have waited until this morning. Anyway I’m not showing huge numbers but I’m showing that I’m eating less and moving more and it’s coming off. Here’s my first post that talks about the online gym and weight loss I’m going to, doing and loving! I’ve lost about 3.5 lbs in 3 weeks. As long as I’m not gaining then this is working great for me!
