I have always been one who is concerned with my health. I try to get my dh and my family to eat a good balanced diet and take a good multi vitamin. One thing that I know I can not get enough of from my diet is the omega 3’s. So I looked into taking a fish oil supplement. After doing some research, even Dr. Oz has weighed in on the subject, I decided that the krill oil supplement was the way to go.
I opened it up and inspected the pills. They are not as big as some of the Omega 3 supplements I have taken in the past. I store them in the refrigerator to keep the fishy taste down as much as I can. Although I have to say that it was not as fishy as some I have taken in the past. That makes it much nicer to take the krill oil pills then the other pills.
On the bottle it states that simply by taking Krill Oil it is shown to promote cardiovascular health, support joint health and relieve pms symptoms. I don’t know about you but to me those are excellent reasons for me to take the krill oil without all the other added benefits. Thank you Krill Oil for a quality product that promotes overall health!!
