Deviled Egg Dip makes a great addition to an Easter meal!

I always have too many leftover eggs immediately following Easter. This year I’m sure will be like all the others. So today I decided to try a new dip I had heard about.

Deviled Egg Dip.

It is to die for! Here’s the pics and then I’ll post the recipe.

Hard boil the eggs. I have a big family. I only needed 6 for this recipe. The rest we eat for breakfast and snack.

Ingredients
  1. 6 hard boiled eggs
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  3. 2 tbs mustard
  4. 1 tbs relish
  5. paprika
Instructions
  1. I boiled the eggs for 3 minutes and then turned them off and put a lid on them to finish cooking for the next 15 minutes. Let the eggs sit for another 20 minutes and then rinse in cold water. Peel and chop the eggs, add mayonnaise, mustard, relish and paprika to taste. Serve with cracker of your choice. We used both triscuits and saltines type crackers. Enjoy!

I have never heard of deviled egg dip before!! This is so great because we always have so many eggs left over and you can only eat so many hard boiled eggs before it gets old
