This cake was super easy to make. There was one problem. We bought a new to us vehicle this week and paid for it. I’m trying to not go to the store and help us get back on track. So, I used egg replacer instead of eggs in my recipe. Whew, do not ever do that. It was a crumbly cake wreck. But it looked pretty! LOL Here’s how to make it in pictures.

You also need the oil, water and eggs. Somehow I forgot those in this picture. My bad! Basically just follow the cake directions.

Bake using cake instructions. Mine said 350* for 35-40 minutes for 2 8 inch round pans.

So basically you make the cake, ice it with chocolate icing, set peeps around the side and cover the middle with chocolate sprinkles. Ta Da. Now do not look at how bad my cake looks. Just see your cake and know that you can make it look so much better! 🙂 I’m just a good enough baker and blogger. Nothing perfect just me! Mwah! Make it and send me your pics. I’d love to see how you dress it up and make it better.
