manna organics

Manna Organics has gluten free and vegan bread.

It’s this lovely organic bread that is really good for you. It’s a family owned bakery based in Lisle, IL. They have a wide variety of assorted breads. From sourdoughs, banana bread, sprouted breads and more they have a bread for every taste and nutritional need. Their breads are cake-like, sprouted bread, yeast free bread, vegan organic bread, free of salt, no oils, no sweeteners  and no leavening agents. It’s not like any of the normal bread you get at the store. But it’s nutty flavor gives your sandwich or toast a great boost in nutritional value and taste.

Manna Organics Breads gives you flavor without the processed ingredients of most breads.

I am all about trying to eat healthy. My kids crack me up. One went and stayed away from home with a friend and came home with a stomach ache. He then said to me, “Mom, why do you have to feed us such healthy food? I wouldn’t have this stomach ache if you’d feed us more junk.” Uh, huh.  Enter the new bread I was trying! I tried their Bavarian Style Sourdough bread and made some lovely sandwiches and toast with it. I was intrigued by the flavor and the texture. I enjoyed it both as a sandwich and as toast. I have eaten it as peanut butter toast, toast with jam and as sandwiches. I enjoyed it so much that I will be looking for it in their webstore.  Make sure you keep it refrigerated!

Manna Organics has many different kinds of breads to choose from.

Not only sourdough but I was also given Banana nut hemp walnut. My kids thought it was hilarious that they were eating hemp bread.  Love that discussion I had to have with them. I just toasted some as a mid morning snack. It’s flavorful, chewy, nutritious goodness is not to be overlooked. Not only is it good for you but my kids liked it. That tells me as a mom it’s something I must purchase again! Make sure you enter my Manna Organics giveaway so you can win your own box to try.
