I have worn contacts since I was in the 6th grade. My vision is so bad that I wear them day and night and take them out occasionally to let my eyes rest and then put them right back in again. I have often said I am actually Velma on Scooby Doo. I can’t find my glasses when they fall and then have to get someone to find them for me. The eye doctor has said to me, “People with your vision many times do not take their contacts out except to put new ones in. ”
